elbow dislocations

I have dislocated my elbow 10 times. The last time was four weeks ago. I have learned how to "put it back together" after the second time. I went on orthopedic. He says the bones are fine and the MRI looked ok. he wants me to go to a elbow spesensoredt. My question is, what can a spesensoredt do that an orthapedic can't?
