Pulled Hamstring

This may be a mundane injury for most, but it's my first experience. I've always been in shape and a better sprinter than long distance >5 miles. Approx 4 weeks ago, it was cold and didn't warm up / stretch enough before attempting some sprints. I pulled it. It's been 4 weeks like I said, and I've been running trying to keep my pace around a 7 minute mile to be on the safe side. Anyhow, I tried sprinting this morning after a 2mile run warmup and on my first stride, i felt it *POP*. It didn't hurt as bad as the first time, I can still walk fine, but it's those awkward moves, like bending over, tieing shoes, walking on uneven terrain etc. that makes it hurt. Just would appreciate any suggestions to ensure that I properly heal myself this time around. I don't want my ignorance to cause long term injury. THANKS!

Allows full dexterity of the fingers and thumb, yet limits wrist flexion. Longer length for greater wrist control and increased immobilization. Latex Free.
