Re: Dropfoot excercise

There is no exercise to do for dropfoot. Dropfoot is caused by damage to the nerve that supplies the muscle that lifts your toes up while you walk. Why do you have dropfoot in both feet? Are you wearing braces? Were you told you need to wear braces?
