Torn Bicep

I recently tore my right bicep at the eblbow area. I have been allowed to participate in physical therapy since the surgery. I will not be able to participate in this therapy for at least two weeks. Does anyone have any range of motion exercises I can do at home to assist in the recovery before I actually have the chance to see a PT?

The BioSkin Hinged Knee Skin is the lightest hinge available. The bicentric aluminum alloy hinge is offset to eliminate pressure at the joint line.
