Cardio work outs and bone recovery

Hi, ten days ago, I broke the III and IV Metacarpal in my hand. The night I broke it they put it in a cast. A week ago, they removed the cast and wraped my hand in a tensor bandage and today they removed that and wraped my hand and two fingers in elasoplast so I could start moving the tips of the fingers. I did research on what foods help bones recover, but what I want to know is, do cardio workouts help fractures heal? Increase blood flow to the bone? Thanks

The BioSkin Hinged Knee Skin is the lightest hinge available. The bicentric aluminum alloy hinge is offset to eliminate pressure at the joint line.
