Help strengthen metetarsal

I broke my 5th 4th and 3rd metetarsals approx 3 years ago. The 5th healed with the bones on top of each other, i was told to not wear tight footwear and if there was pain that it could be operated on to correct it. I was never offered any physio and my foot has been weak ever since. I have snowboarded twice since and when doing so it is in constant pain, resulting in having to take paracetamol, ibrufrofen and nurofen gel before i go out. Iam soon to go again, could you suggest some exercises to strenghen my foot and ankle? cheers.
