best physical therapy info

Hey, just read a few of the posts in this forum..and there's this small hub I usually visit for some "natural" options in PT. They usually have updated vids and such, kinda cool. Not much on the cover, but useful nonetheless. it's free...had some good stuff on how to relieve foot pain.
