Recent shoulder surgery, need help

I recently had shoulder surgery (torn Labrum) and the last 2 1/2 weeks have been great, no pain or discomfort at all....however yestrdy think I tweaked it and it's pretty sore and a few small sore spots (minor bumps or swelling) on top shoulder and soreness in my upper bicep area.

Is this normal, has anyone encountered things that happen during post surgery during therapy. I start PT next week and my Doctor can't see me till Mon about recent soreness?

Any ideas on if this is normal during weeks after and if anything to worry about? Thanks a ton, just getting paranois that I pulled something..
