bow legs

My 57 year old sister has bow legs. She was premature at birth. Her legs seem to be getting worse and her knees are always painful. She tries to lose weight but exercising is painful for her. Are there any exercises she could do to help and would extra vitamin D be helpful? I worry about her not being able to walk as she gets older.

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
