ankle exercises

I suffered a major break in february 08, broken tibia, fibula, and ankle. i had surgery and have a metal rod going from ankle to knee now with screws along it etc. i have been walking for a month or more and i still can't get rid of this limp. i do stretches and basic exercises but even searching the internet i have not been able to come across any clear cut directions on good exercises to rehab an ankle. i know its going to hurt, but with no medical insurance i have no choice but to do it on my own. any exercises will help. thank you

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
