Re: Distal Biceps Tendon Rupture

I had distal bicep tendon rupture surgery July 10th of this year. My surgeon(Dr. Todd Obrien Danvers MA) used the two incision approach (Boyd and Anderson)he also told me the operation was
a "Text Book" repair!. Two days after surgery he had me start moving my arm from 90-30 degrees....It is now August 12 and I have already started using weights with my arm...started with 2.5 lbs. now I'm up to 10lbs.I have had no other problems since the surgery.
