Too much body water

I'm 6ft1 and 28 years old and have weighed about 177 for years, but recently have tried to eat healthier and work out and have dropped down to about 154. According to a body fat weight scale I purchased, my body fat percentage is 4% (which I understand is a bit too low) but I'm also concerned that my body water %, according to the scale, is around 77% (no significant change over 3 weeks of data) - which everything I read says only babies can have such a high body water %. So, what is wrong with me? Or, is my scale messed up?
