Re: broken wrist

They are to be done twice daily.

1. The prayer position, pushing palms together, (not easy) holding for a count of 10, repeat 5 times.
2. Place the recovering hand over the end of a table, letting it bend over it, push it gently with good hand trying to get it down farther, holding again for a count of 10, repeat 5 times.
3. Interlocking fingers together, place back of one hand flat on surface turn over so back of other hand is now on surface WITHOUT lifting elbow, trying to use only wrist action. again, hold for count of 5, repeat 5 times.
