Dislocated Elbow-Range of Motion

i had a dilsocated elbow with no fractures about a month ago. the doctor pust my arm in full cast for 3 weeks.
i removed the cast 2 weeks ago, but till now there is still some swelling & bruising visible.
i can't extend my arm fully yet, i can reavch almost 160/180 extension and can't rotate the arm side ways in full.
is this normal? what can i do to regain the range of motion? please any helpful advise will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
