can't do pushups or benchpress

I fell snowboarding 2 years ago. Separated my shoulder according to xrays. seemed to get alot better and I started training and suddenly from doing pushups my shoulder suddenly had alot of pain and was weak. I have been to a dr since then and p/t. has gotten alot better but I can't do pushups or benchpress. funny thing is I am boxing 6 days a week and don't have any problem. Any advice to get my shoulder back? I can lift 20 ibs straight up and to side with no pain. But even 2 or 3 push ups causes pain. email me if you can help, please!!! Thanks
