Gastoc Tendon

I have been going to PT since February 2008 for treatment of my flexor hallucis longus tendon. Which feels much better, during this time my Gastroc was being worked on with a deep tissue massage to loosen & stretch it. Now my gastroc is loose but 2 lumps have appeared under the skin due to the treatment. It cramps when I walk, even if I stretch it out. I had an MRI and ultrasound done, both techs said it looked like Fatty tissue in or around the tendon, I'm still waiting on the results. What are my options if this is or isn't a serious issue going forward?

Thanks

Lou
