Heel fracture

I am a very active woman in her 20s and recently fractured my left heel bone. I am in an air cast that can be removed to allow me to keep my ankle mobile but I am not allowed to put ANY weight on my foot. I do not wish to loose all the muscle in my leg and am looking for some good non weight bearing exercises to keep it strong. I have a couple good exercises that work my quad but am having a hard time working my calf muscle. Any ideas? I am allowed to swim
