One thigh bigger

I've done a lot of research trying to find out how to shrink one of my thighs because it's noticeably bigger than the other and very uncomfortable in my jeans! It IS my dominant thigh, but I have only really noticed this issue in the last year, and I'm 35 years old. There is no significant activity I've been doing to suddenly build one muscle more than the other. I'd rather not INCREASE the muscle on my smaller thigh, but DECREASE the bulging on the larger thigh. Oh please please PLEASE can you help???
