4th metacarpal break

I broke my 4th metacarpal, and due to lack of insurance, was forced to leave it alone and let it heal by itself.

By the time I got into an ortho doctor, he said there was nothing he could do, for it had already healed.

He reccomened physical theray, which I also cannot afford. Any suggestions would be grand.

As it is now, I have almost full motion, but I cannot pull my finger back under its own power (hyper-extend) nearly as far as my others. It has been 2.5 months since the injury.

The Simply Stable HXt hyperextension elbow brace is designed to stabilize the elbow by helping to control extension and rotation. Stabilization is accomplished through a unique design that incorporates dual polycentric hinges into a functional Neoprene sleeve.
