Calf Sprain

I recently ran in my first half marathon. I started having pain in my calf about a month prior to race day. I believe I strained my soleus muscle. I continued to train and used ice and anti-inflamatory medicine to help with the pain through race day. Since race day (about 2 1/2 weeks ago) I have avoided running and any impact activiest that irritate the muscle. I was wondering what physical therapy exercises/streches would be good to help get my calf healed?
