All over pain

Hi there
Recently I've had unexplained muscle or bone pain...I'm not entirely sure. It started in my thighs and slowly spread to my hips, rib cage, shoulders and arms and it pretty much everywhere now including my face. Its not constant pain but it reminds me of the painful feeling that you get when you press a bruise. Its uncomfortable to lean on hard surfaces and bump into things. I can't understand what it is. I get tired really easily. Also I have tenderness in my stomach. Below my rib cage on either side I have unbearable pain when it is pushed. I get tired really easily when I walk anywhere and when i sit down I feel exhausted. I would really appreciate any feed back because its getting worse and my GP thought it was just a virus but now my viral symptoms are gone except for this.
Many thanks

The Simply Stable VOS, valgus overload stabilizer elbow brace is designed to help control valgus overload stresses during functional overhead motions. The overhead motions associated with throwing, tennis and volleyball put a tremendous stress on the elbow joint and ulnar collateral ligament (UCL).
