Re: Broken tibia

I broke the bone in my left foot on the outside just above the ankle. The Dr. put a plate and 5 screws in it and now my insurance has run out. I have been given no instructions for therapy and hope you can advise me. It is still very sore after 4 months.

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
