Re: knee pain
My AC Legiment was torn and cartlidge broken in high school while pole vaulting. I'm now 67 and arthritus fills the knee plus a good amount of pain.I'm not ready for a knee replacement. My therapist says the McConnell's Taping works good on the shoulder (she has never done it on a knee)you might try it on the knee.
I found the web site to buy the tape kit now I need to know the correct method of applying it to my knee. I would only tape it before going out in the woods to cut wood.
Can you tell me where to get the information on method to tape my knee?
