Sartorius Muscle pain

I have a sharp stabbing pain when I stand or put weight on my right leg. The pain is in the front of the hip area right where the top of the thigh and groin meet. It comes and goes, but has been recently getting worse. I suspect it may be my sartorius muscle or a nerve in that area. Any suggestions on how to strengthen or stretch that muscle?

Each Universal Patella Stabilizer comes with a donut and horseshoe shaped buttress. These buttresses can be trimmed to customize the patellar support.
