Forearm Pain

I do have is pain in the upper muscles of the arm (mostly in the place where u would get an injection - I think that's the bicep, or the tri, I'm not sure) sometimes close to the elbow, or even in the lower arm at times, only the right. Mostly it doesn't bother me in the daytime much (so long as I don't do things that call for lifting my arm or bending it backwards). I can't lift my arm up to the level of my shoulders. I feel slight pain holding my arm out sideways from my body and can't lift it from that position without pain. I can't put my hand behind my back; just a wee bit back and it starts to hurt. At night it bothers me more, it aches like it's bruised, and in the morning its stiff. It may be a cuff thingee or else I'm getting arthritis or rheumatism or something. It's only in the one arm though, so I think it's damage due to all the housework after years of sedentary life.
