Physical therapy for broken 5th metatarsal

My 14-year-old has a non-displaced fracture of his 5th metatarsal. It has healed and it's time for Physical Therapy. We're having trouble find in physical therapist in our neighborhood. In the meantime, could you recommend some therapeutic exercises he can do? Thanks in advance...
