Calf Pain

I am currently training for the Boston Marathon. This weekend I think I might have pulled my right calf muscle. I was running and it felt tight, not anything that I just havn't run off before, but this time the pain just increased and became so unbearable that I nad to stop running and could barely walk. I didn't necessarily feel a 'pop' but I know the muscle was tight and just got worse until I could barely walk. Its been 3 days and I can walk fine but it still hurts when I stand on the tips of my toes. I need to continue training and was wondering what rehab excercises will get me on the road again ASAP?!

Anatomically knitted knee support incorporating contoured silicone insert surrounding the patella: The kinetically integrated guide counteracts lateralization of the pattella. During activity the insert not only counteracts patellar malalignment but provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
