Best exercises 2 year post spina fusion

I had spinal fusion 2 years ago on L3-L5. I was an avid runner and weight trainer female. I have been going to hot body yoga and walking in mbt shoes. However, I feel the yoga tends to over stretch my back and my neck feels horrible for 3 days after class. What is the best exercise (pilates, tredmill walking, yoga)for spinal fused patients? I sleep on temperpedic mattresses, but still feel like I am getting so stiff as time goes on....where as I thought I would get better with time. I am very active and really need to find a solution to go with my lifestyle. thanks!
