Re: ankle popping

My ankles get stiff and "need to be popped" or turned in appropriate motionn to make them pop... some during the day... BUT ALMOST EVERY NIGHT I AM AWAKEN WITH THEM HURTING FROM NEEDING TO BE POPPED.

WHY? I had various problems as a child with my ankles (broken ligaments, etc.)
They have been terribly upsetting affecting my sleep most nights. I end up having to put heat on them to calm them enough to return to sleep.
