Dear Athletic Trainer,
I am doing a research paper of my future career, an athletic trainer. I know that athletic trainers help out others with injuries and rehabilitate them. Give them tips and tell them what to do. But, I have a few questions that I would like to ask that I’ve always wondered about, if you don’t mind. Thank you in advance for answering them.
My first question is, besides all the rehab and question answering, what do you at the desk? Do you prescribe medicine? What kind of paperwork do you do?
I would also like to know what the difference is between an athletic trainer and a psychical therapist?
My last question is, even though you have a degree in athletic training, are Athletic Trainers certified to be personal trainers or is it basically the same thing?
Once again thank you for your time and consideration.

The Silipos® proprietary gel pad is formulated with a medical grade mineral oil (USP) which gradually dissipates onto the skin to help reduce scar tissue after carpal tunnel surgery and to protect sensitive scar tissue against friction, abrasion, and pressure.
