Foot Pain

Noticeable pain for 2 months.
Tender spot: If you were to draw a diagonal line from the ankle to the back end of the arch, there is a fleshy part right before getting to the arch. This is the most tender spot.
I run regularly. It hurts most first thing in the morning. Are there other alternatives to recovery other than stopping my running?

Relieve painful kneeling strain. The Knee Saver is for workers or hobbyists who frequently kneel or squat. These people have ten times the normal risk of knee cartilage damage.
