Wilks Protocol for Distal Biceps Tendon Rupture

I just had my Distal Biceps Tendon repaired. Now the surgeon wants me to start physical therapy. He informed the therapist to follow the Wilks Protocol for rehabilitation. Does anyone know where I can find this protocol? I have searched the internet but can't seem to find any references.
