2,3 & 4 Metetaral bone dislocation

I broke number 2,3,4 Met's in my foot. Had surgery to re-position and my doctor inserted pins protruding through the top of foot. Had pins removed 1 week ago (6 weeks in) and want to know what kind of excersises are good for getting the foot's ligaments range of motion back (wiggle toes)and getting the muscles in my left leg back in shape. They are pretty well shot from the atrophy. Thanks!
