I've now got pain in both my heels which at times can cause difficulty in walking. The heels are sore to the touch and the condition seems to be worsening with time. The condition reverted to almost non existant on a holiday recently when I was hardly ever wearing shoes, other than sandles or thongs. What sort of spesensoredt is recommended to look at this problem? I would prefer exercise to surgery or special shoes.
