Re: Distal Biceps Tendon Rupture

I am at 12 weeks since surgery. I started to use weights 2 weeks ago. They started me at 2 lbs. They told me to do triceps/over the head. Bicep curls and wrist curls all directions. Also have one of those hand exercisers. They want me to do 10 reps twice a day. At those weights I was at over 100 about 4 times a day. I have since moved up to 5 lbs. Same but I feel it at about 50 reps. I see the doc. in the AM. I'll be asking how much weight can I bump it up to.

The Simply Stable VOS, valgus overload stabilizer elbow brace is designed to help control valgus overload stresses during functional overhead motions. The overhead motions associated with throwing, tennis and volleyball put a tremendous stress on the elbow joint and ulnar collateral ligament (UCL).
