quad tendon-total rupture

hi there. Almost 6 months ago I tore my quad tendon. It was not until 2 months later that i received this diagnosis. At that time i still had a few ragged fibers holding things together. While awaiting surgery, I had an accident and tore it off altogether and was hospitalized because the over compensation with my other leg cause problems which I still have. I finally had surgery on the ruptured leg. I stared physio 3 weeks ago. i have only 50 degree mobility. It has been almost six months sice the injury and 9 weeks since surgery. I had a straight legged walk for almost a half a year. How long do you think it will take before i can sit normally...thanks

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
