Re: torn quad muscle

Daughter injured her quad muscle playing ice hockey. How long does it take to repair? Should she be exercising it or resting it? Are there any supplements she can take to accelerate her recovery?

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
