Radial head fracture

I had a radial head fracture on right elbow, (non-displaced). An unclear line and a slight gap is seen at the radial head. The arm have been in the plaster for 4 weeks and not be able to remove.

There are some questions to ask:

(a) When can the plaster be removed?
(b) How long to take to gain full motion, strength funtion?
(c) Any risk of arthritis?
(d) How long do I need to go for physiotherapy?

Worried.....
