Achilles tendon rupture

Hi,

I ruptured my Achiles tendon (completely) while tumbling on gymnastics floor. It has been surgically repaired. Started mobilisation in 2 week after taking stitches off. Until week 8 increased mobilisation with slight resistance added from week 5. Beginning of week 9 - first steps (range of foot movement limited to 75 deg). Now working on stretching to full range of movement. Hope to walk normally in week 13.
