weight restrictions

Recent pelvic floor surgery led to a weight restriction of 25 pounds. My Physical Therapist could not give me examples of the amount of weight used for daily tasks such as: opening a car door or pushing a grocery cart. Is there a source of information for the estimated weight pushed or pulled for such tasks in every day life? I have every desire to not comprimise my surgery but also hope to live a relatively normal life.
