slow healing ankle surgery

Inflamed or torn paraneal tendon on outside of right ankle; tried all PT, rest, drugs, etc. then surgery. Found no total sever but lots of frayed and inflamed material; cleaned it up; 5 weeks later bad infection; finally killed with second surgery and vancomyucien via pic line; wound wouldn't close; finally closed with 3rd surgery. 5 weeks later -- wound closed, no infection but pain with each step and swelling on all sides of ankle. What do next, Pls? Many thanks,. Jeff

Ankle braces go on fast and the athlete does the applying so there is no waiting in line to be taped. Valuable trainer and coach time is saved when taping is eliminated. In an independent sudy of athletes Swede-O ankle braces were chosen as most comfortable.
