Re: rotator cuff

I had an rotator cuff injury some years ago and i still have stiffness and pain in my right shoulder. what can i do about this? it's difficult to still raise my arm over my head without pain.

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
