Fulkersons Osteotomy Knee Surgery

"Fulkersons Osteotomy Knee Surgery", or anterior mobilization of the tibial tubercle knee surgery, there are many other names for this. I just had this done on my left knee on Thursday 8/30. I am a 32 year old female with a 20 year history of "knee problems". I have had 3 surgeries on my right and now 2 on my left. I had a lateral release on May 8th that just didn't "work", as I dislocated 2x since that date. Thus the more aggressive surgery.

Anyone out there with advice??
