Knee ACl

Hi, My name is Curtis Rampersant. I had an acl tear and partial meniscus tear in 2003 and had the surgery then. After the surgery i had rehab and had a hard time with therapy. I guess i was babying the injury and it was my first in 23 years. iam know 26 and have lost my full range of motion on my rght knee. i can bend my left leg almost to my sensoredox but my right the one i had the injury on it goes maybe half the way and itslike it stuck there. If i try to force it it seems like i may tear or pop somthng cause its that spot then a lil pain to go beyond that point. Did it heal like that cause i wasn't meeting my full range after surgery? And can i get it back somehow or do i have to have surgery for them to fix this? Help?

The BioSkin Hinged Knee Skin is the lightest hinge available. The bicentric aluminum alloy hinge is offset to eliminate pressure at the joint line.
