Re: Request for exercises for cervical spondylosis

I am 31 year old married guy. I always feel pain in my neck, more in left than in right shoulder. sometime s the pain alternates between left and right shoulder.
I suffer from spondylolisthesis. so have pain even in my legs and back. so please help me and kindly let me know the best exercises to cure.should i use pillow or not?
