I fractured the scaphoid in my right wrist in April, the cast came off the end of July & I immediately started physical therapy.
The therapist just put me on hold from PT due to a lot of swelling & pain immediately following any kind of exercises or movement of the wrist, especially with extension. Flexion doesn't really bother me much.
The therapist made a splint to limit the extension but it's uncomfortable & has several pressure points on it. Can you give me any advice as to what type of splint or brace I could get to limit extension that wouldn't be so uncomfortable or hurtful?
