tibia plateau fracture

can anyone tell me about follow-up in France for a tibia plateau fracture. my daughter is slated to go to Collonges France to college starting in sept, but last week broke her leg (L tibia plateau). She is on no weight bearing for 2 months. I really want her to continue her plans because she has worked so hard for this opportunity. please give me any advice you have and what I can do to help with her travel. thanks. sandra peeke
