Re: ankle popping

My right ankle does the same thing but with every step. There is no pain but is very annoying to me and others espesially when it is quite around the house. It's here comes mom a cracking! My concern is that I do wake up with severe stiffness and pain around my heel every morning. I limp around for about 20 min. and the pain is gone. Do you experience the same? I would be nice to find out something I could do to stop this from happening. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks. Sherry
