torn bicep

I've been working out regularly and pretty hard for just over 2 months... About an hour after my work out today I was feeling my left bicep muscle,comparing it to my right,and I noticed it was soft,kinda mushy.. It does not hurt,however I pushed it pretty hard while working out,and I noticed it had some pain then.. I assumed I was just excercising extra hard..
Is this a symptom of anything?.. It does not hurt!..
