torn bicep

I've been working out regularly and pretty hard for just over 2 months... About an hour after my work out today I was feeling my left bicep muscle, comparing it to my right, and I noticed it was soft, kinda mushy.. It does not hurt, however I pushed it pretty hard while working out,and I noticed it had some pain then.. I assumed I was just excercising extra hard..
Is this a symptom of anything?.. It does not hurt!..
