Re: insert for supination
I would first find out the cause of excessive supination which may be due to
a) Leg length discrepency
b) Spinal/ Pelvic rotation
c) Limited hip external rotation on the same side or excessive hip internal rotation on the other side which may be due to antetorsion or retrotorsion.
Having found out the cause I would correct the cause if feasible through exercises/mobilisation or if necssary a lateral wegde to correct supination.
